Public Service Broadcasting is the brainchild of one J. Willgoose, Esq. who combines guitars, banjos, multiple stringed instruments, samplings and electronic things with footage and clippings from (you guessed it) Public Service Broadcasting material.

“Teaching the lessons of the past through the music of the future” as they put it.

Combining sharp musical prowess and a stunning AV show the lads are tearing up stages across the world, entertaining and informing through an on point 2012 musical exploration of the past.

Check out the new video for their latest single Everest below. The song is based on the 1953 film ‘The Conquest of Everest’, which tells the story of Hillary, Tensing et al’s successful ascent of the tallest mountain in the world, directed by expedition member George Lowe.
