Competition // Topman CTRL Tour – Nottingham

So two bands we’ve pretty much been all over this year play a special Topman CTRL show at Stealth in Nottingham on Thursday. The Big Pink headline the gig, bringing their darkly epic shoegaze sound and with it one of the best songs of last year; the dancefloor smash ‘Dominos’. With a critically acclaimed album, the NME Best New Act award and a sellout CTRL Bristol gig under their belts we can expect a great show from a band that are known for embracing the rock and roll lifestyle to the full extent.

Support comes in the form of New York’s Darwin Deez. His brand of infectious indie folk has been winning hearts left right and centre, or maybe it’s the Har Mar Superstar inspired barnet. Either way with tracks like ‘Radar Detector’ he is bound to get your feet moving.

We’ve got 3 pairs of tickets to give away to the show, and the first of our winners through the door also gets a mega-limited Topman shirt signed by all the acts playing. Rad, right? To enter, just comment on this post (make sure you stick your email in, dummy) and tell us what song you play before heading on a night out. We won’t judge you. Entries close at 4pm on Wednesday and we’ll let winners know by 5pm.

You can view the brilliant video for Darwin Deez’s single ‘Radar Detector’ below. It’s taken from his debut self-titled album which is out now.
